Yoga classes are limited to 12 students so book early to avoid disappointment. Non-yoga partners/friends/family welcome and there is plenty to do locally if not taking the yoga classes. (cost without yoga/spa treaments approx 170 euros less) 
This luxury hotel is situated within a charming Brittany village on a stunning peninsula only metres form the beach. There are numerous coastal walks from the hotel all with breath-taking views. You can visit the many golden beaches along the walks.

The large dining room has bay windows with views overlooking the park and the sea. Enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet and choose your three course dinner from the gourmet menu. Any fish is caught locally and expect to find oysters and langoustine on the menu daily! The creative vegetarian options come from the organic gardn whenever possible.
The beautifully decorated en-suite rooms have a magnificent view of the bay or the picturesque church and many have balconies. The hotel has 36 rooms including many singles and also family rooms.

The spa includes a large indoor pool heated to 29 degrees. The water is slightly salted rather than strongly chlorinated and as you swim you can look out to sea. Treatments include relaxing massages, back specials, leg circulation draining and weight loss massages, intensive cold treatments, plus all the classical beauty care treatments (Phytomer). The swimming pool also has fantastic massage jets.
