PREGNANCY YOGA COURSE IN HASLEMERE 8 week prenatal course at Haslewey Centre, Haslemere. Suitable for weeks 14-40. Booking essential. Thursdays 7.45-8.45pm. 10th July - 28th August 2008 8 week course = £64. From 38 weeks drop-in rate of £8. If you are nearing your due date pay only up until that time.
Classes are designed to support women during the stages of pregnancy and to assist recovery after birth. The sessions prepare the body physically and teach breathing and relaxation techniques which can be invaluable in the approach to labour. Private classes and small group tuition also available.
