COMPANY CLASSES take place during a lunchbreak or after work.  All you need is a quiet space large enough for the number of people who want to join the class.  I will provide the yoga mats, blocks, straps etc.  Rates are from £50 per hour. 

Long-term clients include the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, BT, The Institute of Cancer Research, WaterAid and Leonard Cheshire.

PRIVATE CLASSES or small groups of 2-3 are also available at a time and place to suit you.  This is a great way to advance your yoga practice and classes are tailored to meet your requirements.
